ABSTRACT The disclosure relates to lighting fixtures permanently installed which provide for adjustment in light source direction. The apparatus includes a housing of a dome configuration within which a lens and light reflector assembly is mounted for relative rotational movement. A ratchet mechanism is employed to lock this assembly into the desired orientation. A portion of the adjustment mechanism is exposed for operation by the user.
