An emergency opening device (30) for an overhead locker (10) with a lowerable shell (12) comprises a connecting element (32) which is connectable to a retention system (20) for fastening the lowerable shell to a component (18) secured to the structure. The emergency opening device also comprises a locking device (34) which is connectable to the lowerable shell or the component secured to the structure, wherein the locking device is adapted to fasten the connecting element (32) to a lowerable shell (12) or the component (18) secured to the structure, in a locked position, and to allow separation of the connecting element from (32) the lowerable shell or the component (18) secured to the structure, in an unlocked position.
La présente invention a trait à un dispositif d'ouverture de secours pour un porte-bagages (10) avec une coque abaissable (12) comportant un élément de liaison (32) apte à être relié à un système de retenue (20) pour la fixation de la coque abaissable à un composant (18) solidaire de la structure. Le dispositif d'ouverture de secours comporte également un dispositif de verrouillage (34) qui est apte à être relié à la coque abaissable ou le composant solidaire de la structure, le dispositif de verrouillage étant adapté pour la fixation de l'élément de liaison (32) à une coque abaissable (12) ou au composant (18) solidaire de la structure, dans une position verrouillée, et pour la séparation de l'élément de liaison (32) de la coque abaissable ou du composant (18) solidaire de la structure, dans une position déverrouillée.
