An emergency vision apparatus provides a pilot with visual access to information during a vision-obscuring emergency. The apparatus comprises an expandable first enclosure, having front and rear transparent panels, filled with clear air, so the pilot can see through the first enclosure to a first source of information in front of the front panel, an expandable second enclosure filled with clear air, and having a rear panel and a transparent front panel for being disposed in proximity to a second source of information, a camera disposed at the rear panel of the second enclosure, the camera being directed toward the front panel to image the second source of information through the second enclosure front panel. The camera sends the image to a display on the first enclosure rear panel.
Appareil de vision de secours donnant à un pilote un accès visuel à des informations lors dune situation durgence où la vision est gênée. Lappareil comporte une première enceinte extensible dotée de panneaux transparents avant et arrière et remplie dair pur, de telle sorte que le pilote puisse voir à travers la première enceinte jusquà une première source dinformations située à lavant du panneau avant, une deuxième enceinte extensible remplie dair pur et dotée dun panneau arrière et dun panneau avant transparent, destinée à être disposée à proximité dune deuxième source dinformations, une caméra disposée au niveau du panneau arrière de la deuxième enceinte, la caméra étant dirigée vers le panneau avant afin de fournir une image de la deuxième source dinformations à travers le panneau avant de la deuxième enceinte. La caméra envoie limage à un affichage situé sur le panneau arrière de la première enceinte.
