A pharmaceutical preparation comprising a stable, surface-active emulsion or dispersion of a pharmaceutical agent incorporated into an emulsion (i) having a hydrophobic discontinuous phase of a long chain carboxylic acid or ester or alcohol thereof dispersed in an aqueous phase or (ii) having a hydrophilic discontinuous phase dispensed in a hydrophobic phase of a long chain carboxylic acid or alcohol thereof. The emulsion with pharmaceutical agent is incorporated into a pharmaceutical carrier suitable for oral delivery.

La présente invention concerne une préparation pharmaceutique comprenant une émulsion ou une dispersion tensio-active stable d'un agent pharmaceutique incorporé dans une émulsion (i) ayant une phase discontinue hydrophobe d'un acide carboxylique à longue chaîne ou d'un ester ou d'un alcool de ce dernier, disposé dans une phase aqueuse, ou (ii) ayant une phase discontinue hydrophile dispersée dans une phase hydrophobe d'un acide carboxylique à longue chaîne ou d'un alcool de celui-ci. L'émusion est incorporée avec un agent pharmaceutique dans un vecteur pharmaceutique se prêtant à l'administration par voie orale.
