The emulsifier is a compound of tallow-propylenediamine, or equivalent alkylamine derivatives, and rosin. It can be employed like traditional alkylamine emulsifiers to make cationic asphalt emulsions for use in a coating which will not dislodge from calcareous material.

L'émulsifiant est une composition de suifpropylènediamine ou dérivés alkylaminés équivalents et de colophane, utilisable comme les émulsifiants alkylaminés traditionnels dans la réalisation d'émulsions acides de bitume pour enrobage. Les enrobés de calcaires ainsi obtenus ne déchaussent pas.
