The invention relates to novel emulsifying agents containing (a) 43 to 99 % by weight of alkyl and/or alkenyl oligoglycosides and (b) 1 to 57 % by weight of fatty alcohols, provided that the components add up to 100 % by weight. The emulsifying agents are particularly suitable for producing stabilised, highly viscous oil-in-water emulsions of a light feel.

L'invention concerne de nouveaux émulsifiants qui contiennent (a) entre 43 et 99 % en poids d'alkyloligoglycosides et/ou d'alcényloligoglycosides et (b) entre 1 et 57 % en poids d'alcools gras, sous réserve que les constituants s'additionnent pour donner 100 % en poids. Ces émulsifiants s'utilisent notamment pour préparer des émulsions huile/eau stables au stockage, extrêmement visqueuses et légères au toucher.
