The invention relates to an emulsion and the production method therefor. The inventive emulsion is optimised in that it is stabilised owing to the presence of a surfactant which is specifically selected according to the type of polymer, or copolymer, also present in the emulsion. The aforementioned surfactant and polymer are chosen such as to have charges with opposite signs.
