The invention relates to compositions consisting essentially of a melt- spinnable polymer component and minor quantities of an emulsion polytetrafluorethylene micro-powder with a melting point which exceeds the temperature at which the polymer components are processed sufficiently to ensure that the micro-powder does not melt on during processing. The inventive compositions are suitable for producing fibrous textile material.

L'invention concerne des compositions comprenant essentiellement des constituants polymères pouvant être filés à chaud et des quantités secondaires de polytétrafluoréthylène en émulsion sous forme pulvérulente à point de fusion dépassant tellement la température de traitement des constituants polymères, que ledit polytétrafluoréthylène en émulsion sous forme pulvérulente ne fond pas lors du traitement. Ces compositions s'utilisent dans la préparation de matériaux fibreux textiles.
