A novel type of whisk for dispensing ingredients from the handle of the whisk is a useful and efficient way for emulsifying ingredients, and creating sauces, batters, dressings and the like. A whisk which allows a food preparer to dispense ingredients directly through the whisk itself without having to stop and pour ingredients and suspend the whisking process leads to a better and more consistent emulsion, and greatly reduces awkward and messy two handed cooking. An emulsion whisk includes means for housing ingredients in the inner chamber of the handle and means for dispensing ingredients from the handle directly into a mixing bowl. The whisk may be a singular structure or may be detachable in two-piece units for swapping different types of whisk elements such as balloon whisks, rotary whisks, ball whisks, flat whisks, trimmed whisks and twirl whisks.
La présente invention a trait à un nouveau type de fouet pour la distribution d'ingrédients à partir d'un manche du fouet constituant une manière utile et efficace pour l'émulsion d'ingrédients, la création de sauces, de pâtes, de sauces pour salade et analogues. Un fouet qui permet la distribution directe d'ingrédients par une machine de préparation d'aliments à travers le fouet lui-même sans avoir à stopper et verser et interrompre le processus de mélange permet d'obtenir une meilleure émulsion plus consistante, et réduit considérablement la cuisson encombrante et salissante à deux mains. Le fouet pour émulsion comporte un moyen pour contenir des ingrédients dans l'enceinte intérieure du manche et un moyen pour distribuer des ingrédients directement à partir du manche dans le bol mélangeur. Le fouet peut présenter une structure unique ou peut être démontable en unités à deux pièces pour la commutation de différents types éléments de mélange tels que des fouets ballons, des fouets rotatifs, des fouets à boule, des fouets plats, des fouets profilés et des fouets à rotation rapide.
