This invention relates to an anhydrous cosmetic composition comprising: (a) 15- 33% of an external phase (also called the oil phase) which is made with at least one selected naphthalate organic ester; a volatile silicone based emulsifier; and a volatile silicone; and (b) 85-67% of an internal phase which is made with an active ingredient, such as an antiperspirant active, in a glycol solvent. For the external phase all or a major portion of what would have been a non-volatile silicone component has been replaced by the naphthalate ester. While a dimethicone copolyol is still included, the use of this particular naphthalate ester obviates the need for the use of any other non-ionic emulsifiers.
La présente invention concerne une composition cosmétique anhydre renfermant: (a) entre 15 et 33 % d'une phase externe (aussi appelée phase huileuse) étant constituée d'au moins un ester organique de naphtalate sélectionné; un émulsifiant à base de silicone volatile; et une silicone volatile; et (b) entre 85 et 67 % d'une phase interne constituée d'un ingrédient actif, tel qu'un agent anti-transpiration actif, dans un solvant glycolique. En ce qui concerne la phase externe, on a remplacé la totalité ou une grande partie de ce qui aurait été un composant de silicone non volatile par l'ester de naphtalate. Du fait que la composition renferme toujours un copolyol diméthicone, l'utilisation de cet ester de naphtalate particulier évite de recourir à l'utilisation d'autres émulsifiants non ioniques.
