The present invention describes a process of cleaning an enamel surface with a liquid acidic composition comprising an enamel safe acid wherein the pKa of said acid is 3.5 or higher; with the proviso that non mono-lower alkyl ethers or phenyl ethers or benzyl ethers of diethylene glycol, wherein the lower alkyl is of 2 to 6 carbon atoms, are present in said composition. The composition employed in said process is safe to enamel.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de nettoyage d'une surface émaillée avec une composition acide liquide contenant un acide sans danger pour l'émail, dans laquelle le pK¿a? de l'acide est de 3,5 ou plus. Cependant, cette composition doit être exempte d'éthers mono-alkyle inférieur, d'éthers de phényle ou d'éthers de benzyle de diéthylène-glycol, l'alkyle inférieur comprenant entre 2 et 6 atomes de carbone. En outre, la composition utilisée dans cette composition est sans danger pour l'émail.
