An encapsulated bacteriophage formulation and a method for preparing encapsulated bacteriophage formulation is provided. The method for producing the encapsulated bacteriophage composition involves injection of a molten coating substance comprising stearic acid and palmitic acid present at a ratio of 50:50, into a granulator chamber containing immobilized bacteriophages. The immobilized bacteriophage are agitated by rotation of a base of the chamber and swept by a flow of air at a temperature of between 10~C and 50~C.
L'invention concerne une préparation bactériophage encapsulée et une méthode de préparation de cette dernière. La méthode de production de la composition bactériophage encapsulée implique l'injection d'une substance de revêtement fondue comprenant de l'acide stéarique et de l'acide palmitique présents selon un rapport de 50:50, dans une chambre de granulateur contenant des bactériophages immobilisés. Les bactériophages immobilisés sont agités par rotation d'une base de la chambre et balayés par un flux d'air à une température comprise entre 10 °C et 50 °C.
