Wax-encapsulated particles having a core particle or an aggregate of core particles selected from the group of an organic peroxy acid, a diacyl peroxide, an inorganic peroxygen compound, a bleach catalyst, a peroxygen bleach precursor and mixtures thereof together with 0.01% to about 5 % by weight of a surfactant. The resulting particles exhibit release rates from their capsules and dissolution rates comparable to uncoated core materials.

On décrit des particules encapsulées dans de la cire, possédant une particule à noyau ou un agrégat de particules à noyau choisie(s) parmi le groupe comportant un peroxyacide organique, un diacyle peroxyde, un composé peroxygène inorganique, un catalyseur de blanchiment, un précurseur de blanchiment à base de peroxygène et des mélanges de ces substances, de même que 0,01 à environ 5 % en poids d'un tensioactif. Ces particules présentent des taux de libération à partir de leur capsule, ainsi que des taux de dissolution, comparables à ceux des matériaux dont le noyau n'est pas enrobé.
