A joining system for flat ends discs (75) is used in an elongated encased food product (71). The food casing (72) is joined to the flat ends discs (75) permitting food stuffing of the casing (77). An adhesive joining (89), a clamping joining (115), a tension band joining (203) or a piercing joining (183) takes place in an area external to and within the peripheral boundaries of the flat ends discs. The axial outward force of the food product on the discs (75) is thus coupled to the axial tension of the casing joined to the discs.

La présente invention concerne un produit alimentaire contenu dans une enveloppe de forme allongée pour laquelle est utilisé un système d'assemblage de disques d'extrémités plats (75). Ces disques d'extrémités plats (75) sont assemblés à l'enveloppe (72) du produit alimentaire de façon à permettre de fourrer (77) le produit alimentaire dans l'enveloppe.
