A composite cover and cabinet for a network protector circuit breaker enclosure is taught in which the cover may be sealingly disposed upon the cabinet in such a manner as to prevent fluids and particles from penetrating the central region of the cabinet. The cover has inner and outer peripheral perpendicular flanges molded therein as integral parts thereof. In the bight piece between the flanges, a continuous neoprene gasket is disposed for engaging a complementary edge of the cabinet for being compressed there against to provide the seal.
