ENCLOSURE SEAL Abstract of the Disclosure A seal for an enclosure of electrical equipment includes a metal frame which is clamped between sealing surfaces on the enclosure base and the enclosure cover. A ring of elastomeric material is molded around the outer edge of this frame and raised beads thereon are compressed by the sealing surfaces on the enclosure base and cover to provide a seal around the outer periphery of the enclosure.
