Disclosed is an encoding device which can accurately specify a band having a large error among all the bands by using a small calculation amount. The device includes: a first position identification unit (201) which uses a first layer error conversion coefficient indicating an error of decoding signal for an input signal so as to search for a band having a large error in a relatively wide bandwidth in all the bands of the input signal and generates first position information indicating the identified band; a second position identification unit (202) which searches for a target frequency band having a large error in a relatively narrow bandwidth in the band identified by the first position identification unit (201) and generates second position information indicating the identified target frequency band; and an encoding unit (203) which encodes a first layer decoding error conversion coefficient contained in the target frequency band. The first position information, the second position information, and the encoding unit are transmitted to a communication partner.
L'invention concerne un dispositif de codage qui peut spécifier de manière précise une bande ayant une erreur grande parmi la totalité des bandes à l'aide d'une petite quantité de calcul. Le dispositif comprend : une première unité d'identification de position (201) qui utilise un premier coefficient de conversion d'erreur de couche indiquant une erreur du signal de décodage pour un signal d'entrée, de façon à rechercher une bande ayant une erreur grande dans une bande passante relativement large dans la totalité des bandes du signal d'entrée, et qui génère des premières informations de position indiquant la bande identifiée ; une seconde unité d'identification de position (202) qui recherche une bande de fréquence cible ayant une erreur grande dans une bande passante relativement étroite dans la bande identifiée par la première unité d'identification de position (201), et qui génère des secondes informations de position indiquant la bande de fréquence cible identifiée ; et une unité de codage (203) qui code un premier coefficient de conversion d'erreur de décodage de couche contenu dans la bande de fréquence cible. Les premières informations de position, les secondes informations de position et l'unité de codage sont transmises à un partenaire de communication.
