END-CAPPING CATALYSTS FOR FORMING ALKOXY FUNCTIONAL ONE COMPONENT RTV COMPOSITIONS Abstract of the Disclosure The present invention relates to a shelf stable one component alkoxy-functional RTV compo- sition. In particular, there is utilized a novel end-capping catalyst alone or with a co-catalyst to form a poly-alkoxy terminated diorganopolysi- loxane polymer. Such a polymer is formed by reacting a silanol terminal diorganopolysiloxane, either with a polyalkoxy containing silazane cross- linking agent or an integrated cross-linker, sca- venger in the presence of the end-capping catalyst.
