A plastic bag comprises first and second opposing panels, a reclosable zipper, and a slider. The first and second opposing panels are fixedly connected to each other along a pair of sides and a bottom bridging the pair of sides. The reclosable zipper extends along a mouth formed opposite the bottom. The zipper includes a first track with a first profile and a second track with a second profile. The first and second profiles are releasably engageable to each other. The slider is slidably mounted to the zipper for movement between a closed position and an open position. The first and second profiles are engaged to each other while the slider is in the closed position, and the first and second profiles are disengaged from each other in response to movement of the slider from the closed position to the open position. To prevent the slider from going past the ends of the zipper and to provide adequate end strength that resists stresses applied to the profiles during normal use of the bag, end terminations in the form of posts pass through the male and female tracks adjacent to the ends of the zipper. To retain the posts on the zipper, each of the posts includes enlarged heads at its opposing ends.
L'invention porte sur un sac plastique comportant un premier et un deuxième panneaux opposés, une fermeture à glissière refermable et un curseur. Lesdits panneaux sont fixés l'un à l'autre le long d'une paire de côtés,et par un fond réunissant les paires de côtés. La fermeture à glissière refermable s'étend le long d'une ouverture formée à l'opposé du fond; elle comporte une première piste d'un premier profil, et une deuxième piste d'un deuxième profil, le premier et le deuxième profil pouvant s'engager réversiblement l'un dans l'autre. Le curseur, qui glisse sur la fermeture entre une position de fermeture et une position d'ouverture. Le premier et le deuxième profil qui se trouvent engagés l'un dans l'autre lorsque le curseur est en position de fermeture, se détachent l'un de l'autre lorsque le curseur passe de la position de fermeture à la position d'ouverture. Pour éviter que le curseur ne dépasse les extrémités de la fermeture, et donner aux extrémités une solidité qui résiste aux efforts exercés sur les profils pendant l'utilisation normale du sac, des arrêts en forme de goupille traversent les pistes mâle et femelle au niveau des extrémités de la fermeture. Pour maintenir les goupilles sur la fermeture, chacune d'elles est dotée à ses deux extrémités d'une tête aplatie.
