A device for the distraction of bones or bone segments including A) an anchoring screw (2) which comprises a threaded shank (7) adjoining the screw tip (6) and a circular cylindrical and non-threaded screw shank (11) adjoining the screw end (9); and B) a distraction sleeve (3) having a rear end (20), a front end (19), a coaxially extending, continuous boring (21), an external screw thread (23) adjoining the front end (19), and coupling means (26) arranged on the rear end (20) for receiving a screwing-in tool, C) the anchoring screw (2) comprising a collar (10) arranged between the threaded shank (7) and the screw shank (11) which radially projects from the screw shank (11) and serves as an axial stop for the distraction sleeve (3) that is slid over the screw shank (11), D) the continuous boring (21) having an enlarged cross- section that extends over a boring section (22) beginning on the rear end (20) and reaching to a depth (T), and E) a seal ring (4) being coaxially arranged in the boring section (22) between the lateral surface (27) and the screw shank (11).
L'invention concerne un dispositif permettant de séparer des os ou des segments osseux, qui comprend : A) une vis d'ancrage (2) comportant une tige filetée (7) se terminant au niveau de la pointe de la vis (6) et une tige (11) cylindrique circulaire non filetée, se terminant au niveau de l'extrémité de la vis (6) ; et B) un manchon de séparation (3) présentant une extrémité arrière (20), une extrémité avant (19), un alésage de passage (21) s'étendant dans le sens coaxial, un filet extérieur (23) jouxtant l'extrémité avant (19) et à l'extrémité arrière, des moyens d'accouplement (26) pour un outil de vissage. C) La vis d'ancrage (2) comprend entre la tige filetée (7) et la tige (11), une nervure (10) faisant saillie dans le sens radial au-dessus de la tige (11), qui sert de butée axiale pour le manchon de séparation (3) poussé au-dessus de la tige (11). D) La section transversale de l'alésage de passage (21) est élargie jusqu'à une section d'alésage (22) jouxtant l'extrémité arrière (20) et allant jusqu'à une profondeur (T) ; et E) une bague d'étanchéité (ç) est montée dans la section d'alésage (22), coaxialement entre la surface extérieure (27) et la tige (11).
