The endoprosthesis is designed to be implanted in an aneurysm (12) of a patient, said aneurysm (12) resulting from deformation of a vessel wall, in particular the wall of an artery (14), the endoprosthesis comprising: a tubular envelope (22, 24) that extends in a direction (Y-Y'), and a plurality of pressure probes (26) fixed on the envelope (22, 24), each probe (26) comprising: a sensor (28) for measuring pressure, and means (34, 36) for transmitting the pressure measurement to a monitoring apparatus located outside the patient. The means (34, 36) for transmitting the pressure measurement from each probe (26) are designed to generate an electromagnetic pressure measurement transmission signal comprising at least one distinctive characteristic of the probe (26) of which these means (34, 36) form part.

L'endoprothèse est destinée à être implantée dans un anévrisme (12) d'un patient résultant d'une déformation d'une paroi vasculaire, en particulier artérielle (14), comprenant : - une enveloppe tubulaire (22, 24) s'étendant suivant une direction (Y- Y'), et - une pluralité de sondes (26) de pression fixées sur l'enveloppe (22, 24), chaque sonde (26) comprenant : - un capteur (28) pour réaliser une mesure de pression, et - des moyens (34, 36) pour transmettre la mesure de pression à un appareil de surveillance placé à l'extérieur du patient.
