A B R E G E - Cathéter pour conduit morphologique. - Selon l'invention, ce cathéter est caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un manchon gonflable (6), entourant l'extrémité distale (2) dudit cathéter et relié à l'extrémité proximale dudit cathéter par au moins un conduit de gonflage (8) susceptible d'être relié à un dispositif de gonflage et en ce que ledit manchon gonflable (6) peut prendre soit un état dégonflé pour lequel il est plaqué contre ladite extrémité distale dudit cathéter, soit un état gonflé pour lequel il est plaqué par sa paroi externe contre la paroi interne (3a) dudit conduit morphologique (3) en ménageant alors un espace annulaire (12) entre sa paroi interne et ladite extrémité distale dudit cathéter.
