An endoscopic infusion needle device (10) includes a catheter (12) which has an injection tube (22) having a distal needle (30) to the proximal ends of the catheter and the tube. A distal stopping structure is provided on distal portions of the catheter and the tube. The stopping structures include a rigid elongate skeletal structure (60) occupying a portion of the annular space between the tube and the catheter, and an annular bend (62) on the tube which resides within the skeletal structure. The skeletal structure fits tightly within the cannula, allows irrigation fluid to pass through the space between the tube and the catheter to exit the distal end of the catheter, prevents the annular bend from escaping through the proximal end or the distal end of the skeletal structure, and maintains the tube in substantial axial alignment with the catheter.

Cette invention se rapporte à un dispositif (10) à aiguille d'injection endoscopique comportant un cathéter (12) qui possède un tube d'injection (22) pourvu d'une aiguille distale (30) au niveau des extrémités proximales du cathéter et du tube. Une structure d'arrêt distale est disposée sur des parties distales du cathéter et du tube. Cette structure d'arrêt comprend une structure squelette (60) oblongue, rigide, qui occupe une partie de l'espace annulaire existant entre le tube et le cathéter, et une bande annulaire (62) disposée sur le tube qui réside au sein de la structure squelette. Cette dernière s'adapte parfaitement à l'intérieur de la canule, permet au fluide d'irrigation de traverser l'espace entre le tube et le cathéter et de sortir au niveau de l'extrémité distale du cathéter, empêche la bande annulaire de s'échapper par l'extrémité proximale ou l'extrémité distale de la structure squelette, et maintient le tube en alignement sensiblement axial avec le cathéter.
