The present invention relates to an endoscopy device comprising several light guides (1, 2, 3), each light guide comprising one or more optical fibres. The light guides are coupled with a sweeping system (4) arranged to direct an excitation light beam in alternation in one of the fibres of the guides from the proximal end of the guide comprising said one of the fibres. In this way, the proximal ends of the guides may make use of the same sweeping system, whereas the distal ends of the guides may be installed simultaneously in different zones of interest of an object or animal (10) under study for an almost simultaneous observation of the zones of interest. The invention also relates to an endoscopy method used in a device according to the invention. A device and a method according to the invention may be applied to quasi-simultaneous reflectance, fluorescence, multi-photon imaging of several areas of interest.
La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'endoscopie comprenant plusieurs guides de lumière (1, 2, 3), chaque guide de lumière comprenant une ou plusieurs fibres optiques. Les guides de lumière sont couplés à un système de balayage (4) agencé pour diriger un faisceau lumineux d'excitation tour à tour dans une des fibres des guides depuis l'extrémité proximale du guide comprenant ladite une des fibres. Ainsi, les extrémités proximales des guides peuvent profiter du même système de balayage, alors que les extrémités distales des guides peuvent être implantées simultanément dans différentes zones d'intérêts d'un objet ou animal (10) étudié pour une observation quasi simultanée des zones d'intérêts. L'invention concerne aussi un procédé d'endoscopie mis en AEuvre dans un dispositif selon l'invention. Un dispositif et un procédé selon l'invention peuvent être appliqués à de l'imagerie de réflectance, de fluorescence, ou multiphotonique quasi simultanée de plusieurs zones d'intérêts.
