The invention consists in a device that concerns the optimization of the cardiac geometry in patients with heart failure. The device comprises one or more elastic elements in the radial direction towards the inside of the ventricle and plastic deformation in a direction that is transversal to the said ventricle, the element being equipped with means for attaching it to the internal wall of the ventricle.

L'invention concerne un dispositif destiné à optimiser la géométrie cardiaque de patients présentant une insuffisance cardiaque. Ce dispositif comprend un ou plusieurs éléments élastiques orientés dans un sens radial vers l'intérieur du ventricule, ainsi qu'une déformation plastique orientée dans un sens transversal par rapport à ce ventricule, lesdits éléments étant munis d'organes permettant de les fixer à la paroi interne du ventricule.
