ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A drive motor intermittantly energized through a battery powered circuit drive a flywheel and a generator at low speeds lower than that of the drive motor through a reduction gear assembly. The output voltage of the generator is sensed to control cyclic energization of the driver motor and influence the charge condition of the battery by the generator.
