The invention has many advantages. First, continuous energy is obtained. Second, water is reduced to its two components electrically, oxygen and hydrogen. Third, oxygen is obtained by heating; water to slightly less than 100 Celsius and segregating the air dissolved in it; oxygen would be used for respiration and hydrogen for recharging fuel cells. Fourth, ammonia would be used in cooling and refrigeration and creating energy after it is heated. In short, the invention provides numerous advantages with regards to diving, respiration, and free energy supply.
