An energy polymerizable composition comprises at least one ethylenically-unsaturated monomer, one of polyurethane precursors, and at least one epoxy monomer, and a curing agent comprising an organometallic compound, and an onium salt. More particularly the composition is an energy polymerizable composition comprising (a) at least one ethylenically-unsaturated monomer, (b) one of (1) polyurethane precursors, and (2) at least one epoxy monomer, and (c) a curing agent comprising (1) an organometallic compound, and (2) an onium salt. The compositions are useful, for example, as protective coatings, binders for magnetic media or abrasives, adhesives, and in graphic arts applications.
