The Subject Matter of this invention is to recuperate Rotational Energy created by unpredictable sources of energy and transform it into Potential Energy by lifting weight(s), using springs or magnetic fields or any other form of ways to store potential energy. Ultimately, this Potential Energy will be transformed in smaller consecutive packets into Rotational Energy that will be finally converted into Electrical Energy with a more stable output of energy. This stabilization of Energy Output is done by adding or removing packets of potential energy so that Rotational Energy is controlled and so is the Electrical Energy. More or less, if we take the case of wind energy, instead of producing directly Electrical Energy with the wind / rotational energy, we store it into multiple packets of potential energy and we let the potential energy go in predetermined packet size so that the output of energy is more stable. Said otherwise, instead of delivering big cluster of electrical energy, it delivers a constant output of electrical energy because we liberate the potential energy in predetermined packet size in order to have a stable electrical output. We can also take the case of lost energy removed from a vehicle. In this case, it is interesting to transform the lost energy of vehicle into potential energy and, ultimately, transform the potential energy into electrical energy with a more stable output.
