The Energy-Saver Cooler-Warmer hat invention keeps one cool when hot and warm when cold. In hot ambient, because it can keep one cool, one can conserve energy by increasing the room thermostat cooling temperature setting by 2 to 3 degrees Centigrade; and in cold ambient, since it can keep one warm, one can also conserve energy by decreasing the heater thermostat setting by 2 to 3 degrees Centigrade. When it is cold charged, it helps to reduce stress and fatigue when one is tired; and keeps one awake when drowsy, very important especially when driving. It also provides head thermo-hydro-therapy. To achieve these, the Energy-Saver Cooler-Warmer uses energy source bag. Also there is an envelope of a high thermal resistance all over the hat. It has a controlling chin strap that regulates the level of head hydrostatic pressure, heat exchange and comfort.
