L'actionneur rotatif (11) est mû par un électro-aimant rotatif dont la position angulaire est commandée par un courant (I) impulsionnel et périodique. Le dispositif comporte en outre des moyens de suppression de l'énergie magnétisante stockée dans l'électro-aimant. Figure 2a.
