The invention relates to a coupling system for the teeth of an excavator, more specifically, a tooth from which two rectilinear lugs extend in axial direction. Said lugs are substantially parallel to one another and overhanging from the mouth of a central location. The lugs complement two open, rectilinear grooves that are provided, also in rectilinear direction, in a tooth holding element. The straight section of one of the rectilinear lugs of the tooth element, one part of which is concave and substantially complementary to the convex profile of the bottom of the rectilinear grooves of the tooth holding element, has two end segments that are convergently joined in an intermediate segment that differs from the other segments and inciding therein at an angle of approximately 10· to 40·.
L'invention concerne un système d'accouplement pour les dents d'une excavatrice, notamment des dents à partir desquelles s'étendent, dans le sens axial, deux oreilles rectilignes, lesquelles oreilles sont sensiblement parallèles entre elles, émergent en porte-à-faux de la bouche d'un logement central et sont complémentaires des encoches rectilignes ouvertes correspondantes qui sont ménagées, également dans le sens axial, dans un élément de porte-dents. Ce système d'accouplement est caractérisé en ce que la section droite de chacune des oreilles rectilignes de l'élément de dent, qui, dans une partie, est concave et sensiblement complémentaire du profil convexe du fond des encoches rectilignes de l'élément de porte-dents, présente deux tronçons d'extrémité qui sont réunis de manière convergente en un tronçon intermédiaire différencié des tronçons antérieurs et forment avec le tronçon intermédiaire un angle compris approximativement entre 10· et 40·.
