An engine-driven generator is provided that is formed by supporting on a frame (2) an engine (3) and a generator (4) driven by the engine (3), wherein the frame is formed by integrally connecting via a cross member (7) lower side sections of a pair of left and right side frames (2b, 2b) formed by bending a steel pipe into a U-shape, a control box (34) housing and holding an electrical component (53, 55) is mounted on open end parts of the two side frames (2b, 2b) in order to reinforce the frame (2) by connecting the open end parts to each other, and an assembly of the engine (3) and generator (4) is resiliently supported on the cross member (7). The structure of the frame of the engine-driven generator can thereby be simplified, the frame can be reinforced by the control box that houses and supports the electrical component, and the frame can be made lightweight.
L'invention concerne un générateur électrique entraîné par un moteur, le dispositif comprenant des moyens supportant un moteur (3) et un générateur électrique (4) entraîné par ce moteur (3), sur un châssis (2), le châssis étant formé par un assemblage, en une seule pièce, des côtés inférieurs d'une paire de cadres latéraux (2b, 2b), sous forme de tubes en acier cintrés en </= U >/= , à chaque autre côté, par un élément transversal (7). Aux extrémités ouvertes des deux cadres latéraux (2b, 2b), est fixé un boîtier de commande (34) connectant les extrémités ouvertes pour renforcer le cadre (2), et recevant et supportant les composants électriques (53, 55). Un ensemble formé par le moteur (3) et le générateur électrique (4) est supporté élastiquement sur l'élément transversal (7). De cette façon, la construction du châssis dans l'ensemble générateur électrique entraîné par le moteur est simplifiée, et le boîtier de commande recevant et supportant les composants électriques renforce le châssis, ce qui entraîne une réduction du poids de ce châssis.
