This invention is a means by which all of an engines moving parts may be pre-oiled before normal engine combustion takes place or if there is a turbo charger installed the moving parts of the turbo charger are oiled as the turbo charger "winds down" after shut off. This is accomplished by the following procedures each of which are illustrated on the two systems outlined on the attached diagram.
