ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE There are disclosed starting circuits for internal combustion engines provided with at least two batteries as used in pleasure crafts, such as cruisers and sail-boats, trains, aircraft, mobile homes, stationary engine installations and other like systems. The starting circuits automatically connect the two or more batteries in parallel during starting and disconnect the two batteries after completion of the starting operation. This is accomplished by a relay operated by a solenoid automatically fed by that battery which has the highest output voltage.
