A moulded cemetery monument formed from any of thermo plastic, thermo sets, or polymeric material, comprising a hollow one-piece upper body that can include a filler spout and an extended base. The upper body having an upright surface display area consisting of color-contrasted internal/external plates allowing for engraving of letters, numbers, symbols or designs through one plate thereby exposing the inner plate's contrasting color. The surface display area can further include one or more orifices to allow the securing therein of engraved or blank panels. The monument assembly includes a hollow open top base-box and hollow anchoring system inserted underground so that only a portion of the base-box remains visible. This lower assembly is then filled with sand and the upper body of the monument secured over the base-box. Through a spout the vented upper body may be filled with sand then permanently sealed with a locking spout cap.
