The invention relates to an engraved shaft which is entirely or principally made of an aluminum alloy. A raster surface is created on the cylindrical surface of said shaft. Said raster surface comprises recessed cells having a predetermined volume. A layer of oxide-ceramics is formed on the raster surface by process of electrolytic oxidation, whereby such a layer, which has a depth between 15 and 50 micrometers and a micro-hardness between 700 and 1500 Hv, adequately reproduces the outline of the external surface of the raster. The high hardness and strength of the oxide-ceramic layer enable the raster cells to maintain a correct shape and dimensions for a long time during the use of the shaft. Said oxide-ceramic layer may be additionally impregnated with metal or organic materials so as to further strengthen the raster surface, increase the corrosion resistance thereof and provide it with special properties (oleophilic, absorbent, hydrophobic, etc.) as required in various systems involving the dosed transfer of liquids and suspensions.

L'invention concerne un arbre gravé fait entièrement ou en grande partie à partir d'un alliage d'aluminium. Une surface tramée est réalisée à la surface cylindrique dudit arbre, ladite surface tramée étant constituée d'alvéoles enfoncées ayant un volume prédéterminé. Une couche d'oxyde-céramique est formée à la surface tramée par procédé d'oxydation électrolytique; cette couche, qui a une profondeur entre 15 et 50 micromètres et une micro-dureté entre 700 et 1500 Hv, répète de façon adéquate le contour de la surface externe de la trame. La dureté et la résistance élevées de la couche d'oxyde-céramique permet aux alvéoles de la trame de conserver pendant longtemps la forme et les dimensions correctes lors de l'utilisation de l'arbre. Une imprégnation supplémentaire de ladite couche d'oxyde-céramique avec des matières métalliques ou organiques rend la surface tramée encore plus résistante, augmente sa résistance à la corrosion et lui confère des propriétés spécifiques requises (oléophiles, hydrophiles, hydrophobes, etc.), nécessaires dans différents systèmes de transfert dosé de liquides et de suspensions.
