Coated barrier fabrics are prepared with a two part, cold cure polyoxysiloxane composition and a unique two pass, two cure rate, coating process. Preferably, the coated fabrics have overlayed a second uncoated fabric on the inner surface of the coated substrate. This preferred process realizes a reusable medical barrier fabric with exceptional durability even after undergoing many laundering / autoclaving / drying cycles.
L'invention concerne des tissus barrière revêtus préparés avec une composition de polyoxysiloxane mixte durcissant à froid; et un procédé unique de revêtement à deux passages et deux vitesses de durcissement. De préférence, les tissus revêtus de l'invention présentent un second tissu non revêtu sus-jacent sur la face profonde du substrat revêtu. Ce procédé préféré de l'invention produit un tissu barrière médical réutilisable possédant une durabilité exceptionnelle, même après de nombreux cycles de lavage/autoclavage/séchage.
