The invention provides the means to enhance in E.coli-based expression systems the formation of fusion polypeptides containing as an N-terminal tag a biotinylation polypeptide. By way of specifically exchanging in the nucleic acid sequence encoding the biotinylation polypeptide nucleotides at 11 discrete positions enhances the formation of the total fusion polypeptide by at least 40%.
L'invention concerne des moyens d'accroître, dans des systèmes d'expression fondés sur E. coli, la formation de polypeptides de fusion contenant, en tant que marqueur N-terminal, un polypeptide de biotinylation. Il est possible d'accroître d'au moins 40 % la formation de polypeptides de fusion dans leur totalité, par remplacement spécifique, dans la séquence d'acides nucléiques codant ledit polypeptide de biotinylation, de nucléotides au niveau de 11 positions discrètes.
