The present invention is directed to immediate release film coating systems for use on oral dosage forms such as compressed tablets and other orally-ingestible substrates which have improved moisture barrier properties. The film coating systems can be applied either directly to a substrate or after the substrate has been coated with a subcoat. In preferred aspects, the moisture barrier film coating is prepared as a dry powder mixture containing polyvinyl alcohol, a polymer with pH dependent solubility, a plasticizer, a glidant, and, optionally, a detackifier, an alkalizing agent and a pigment. Film coating compositions containing an aqueous suspension of the powder mixtures, methods of applying the coatings to substrates and the coated substrates are also disclosed.
La présente invention concerne des systèmes d'enrobage par film à libération immédiate devant être utilisés sur des formes pharmaceutiques destinées à une administration par voie orale comme des comprimés et autres substrats pouvant être ingérés par voie orale qui présentent des propriétés améliorées de barrière contre l'humidité. Les systèmes d'enrobage par film peuvent être appliqués soit directement sur un substrat, soit après enrobage du substrat avec une sous-couche. Dans des aspects préférés, l'enrobage par film formant barrière à l'humidité est préparé sous la forme d'un mélange de poudre sèche contenant de l'alcool polyvinylique, un polymère ayant une solubilité dépendant du pH, un plastifiant, un agent de glissement, et facultativement un antiadhésif, un agent alcalifiant et un pigment. L'invention concerne également les compositions d'enrobage par film contenant une suspension aqueuse des mélanges pulvérulents, des procédés d'application des enrobages sur les substrats et les substrats enrobés.
