A photoprotective composition including a synergistic triplet combination of zinc oxide, styrene/acrylate copolymer and glycol. As a result of the inclusion of the synergistic triplet combination in a photo-protective composition, an unexpected boost in SPF is observed, as compared to a composition without the synergistic triplet combination.
