Immunogenic compositions (e.g. vaccines) comprising: (a) an immunostimulating amount of a Neisseria antigen (preferably N. meningitidis serogroup B); and (b) an immunostimulating amount of an adjuvant composition comprising an oligonu-cleotide comprising at least one CG motif. Component (b) may further comprise a second adjuvant. Component (a) may be selected from a variety of antigens. Adjuvant compositions comprising an oligonucleotide having at least one CG motif, and complete Fre-und's adjuvant (CFA) are also provided.
L'invention concerne des compositions immunogènes (notamment des vaccins) comprenant : a) une dose immunostimulante d'un antigène de Neisseria (de préférence le sérogroupe B de N. meningitidis) et b) une dose immunostimulante d'une composition adjuvante renfermant un oligonucléotide comportant au moins un motif CG. Le composant b) peut comprendre, en outre, un second adjuvant. Le composant a) peut être choisi parmi différents antigènes. L'invention porte également sur des compositions adjuvantes comprenant un oligonucléotide comportant au moins un motif CG et l'adjuvant complet de Freund (ACF).
