The present invention provides methods of enhancing the immune response to an immunogen and to compositions for use in these methods. In particular the present invention provides a DNA molecule for use in raising an immune response to an antigen. The DNA molecule includes a first sequence encoding a targeting molecule, a second sequence encoding the antigen or an epitope thereof, and optionally a third sequence encoding a polypeptide which promotes dimerisation or multimerisation of the product encoded by the DNA molecule.
L'invention concerne des procédés permettant d'améliorer la réaction immune à un immunogène, ainsi que des compositions utilisées dans ces procédés. Elle concerne, en particulier, une molécule d'ADN servant à déclencher une réaction immune contre un antigène. Cette molécule d'ADN comprend une première séquence codant une molécule de ciblage, une deuxième séquence codant l'antigène ou un déterminant antigénique de cet antigène, et, éventuellement, une troisième séquence codant un polypeptide favorisant la dimérisation ou la multimérisation du produit codé par la molécule d'ADN.
