A method of enhancing the migration and proliferation of keratinocytes in wound healing or in the growth of artificial skin grown in vitro. The wound is contacted with an effective amount of purified Clostridiopeptidase A collagenase that is substantially free from other proteinases. The artificial skin is grown in the presence of an effective concentration of purified Clostridiopeptidase A collagenase substantially free from other proteinases.
Méthode permettant d'accroître la migration et la prolifération des kératinocytes au cours de la cicatrisation et lors de la culture de peau artificielle in vitro. Une quantité efficace de la collagénase « clostridiopeptidase A » purifiée, essentiellement exempte d'autres protéinases, est appliquée sur les plaies.
