The present invention including enriched vinegar product that are made from vinegar, aquatic animal shells and other traditional Chinese medicine, and method of making the same. On the basis of the knowledge that acetic acid can dissolve calcium carbonate, the present invention gets the cure components of the aquatic animal shells better dissolved, and also takes advantage of the calcium and other minerals dissolved from aquatic animal shells as supplements for calcium and other minerals. The product of this invention has combined functions of condiment, mineral supplements and traditional Chinese medicine, and is easy to take and adsorb. The method of making enriched vinegar product comprises heating and crashing aquatic animal shells and other traditional Chinese medicine used to make the product; adding the crashed aquatic animal shells and other traditional Chinese medicine into vinegar; aging the vinegar at least three days; agitating the vinegar during the aging period; filtering the aged vinegar; boiling the residual with water; filtering the soup; adding the filtered soup into the filtered vinegar; adjusting the acidity of the product.
