Disclosed is a novel method which enables the concentration of a virus or a viral vector in a solution having a low virus concentration in a more convenient manner. Also disclosed is a kit for use in the method. For concentrating a virus from a virus-containing solution having a low virus concentration with high efficiency, a complicated manipulation, an expensive apparatus or a skilled technique has been required. The method can facilitate the concentration of a viral vector while keeping the infectivity of the viral vector. Therefore, the method can be used as a safe and convenient vector concentration technique in the fields of gene therapy or vaccine therapy utilizing a viral vector and others.
L'invention concerne un nouveau procédé qui permet la concentration d'un virus ou d'un vecteur viral dans une solution présentant une faible concentration de virus d'une manière plus pratique. L'invention concerne aussi une trousse destinée à être utilisée dans ce procédé. Pour concentrer un virus avec une haute efficacité, à partir d'une solution contenant des virus dont la concentration virale est faible, une manipulation compliquée, un appareil onéreux ou une technique perfectionnée étaient requis. Ce procédé peut faciliter la concentration d'un vecteur viral tout en conservant le caractère infectieux de ce vecteur viral. Par conséquent, ce procédé peut être utilisé comme technique de concentration de vecteur sure et pratique dans le domaine de la thérapie génique ou de la vaccinothérapie utilisant un vecteur viral ou d'autres éléments viraux.
