A system (11) and method for managing enterprise assets (14) located at geographically distributed sites. The method includes storing in a database (13) information relating to each asset, wherein the stored information includes cost of each asset and cost of service for each asset. The method further includes tracking and storing information relating to servicing of the assets, including the cost of servicing. Information relating to the assets is then displayed to a user of the system at client processors (12).
Cette invention se rapporte à un système (11) et à un procédé servant à gérer les avoirs (14) d'une entreprise situés dans des sites géographiquement répartis. Ce procédé consiste à stocker dans une base de données (13) les informations relatives à chacun des avoirs, les informations ainsi stockées comprenant notamment le coût de chacun des avoirs et le coût des services pour chacun des avoirs. Ce procédé consiste ensuite à suivre et à stocker les informations relatives aux services de ces avoirs, y compris le coût des services. Des informations relatives à ces avoirs sont ensuite affichées à l'intention d'un utilisateur du système sur des processeurs clients (12).
