A printable sheet (2) is disclosed including a first portion (4) and a second portion (6) foldable together about fold line (8) and adherable together by adhesive means (10). The printable sheet (2) also includes frangible means (12) for allowing the sheet to be unfolded. The adhesive means is active and, until use, is covered by a liner.
