The purpose of this process is to use elements of our environment, to wit, wind, water, & solar, to produce hydrogen which is then used to produce electricity through the use of a fuel cell. The electricity produced by the fuel cell would then be applied to a heating element to boil water to produce steam that would be applied to a turbine to produce electricity in the case of a power plant. In transportation vehicles, the hydrogen fuel for the fuel cell would be applied to electric motor(s) for propulsion.
