ABSTRACT A combined shipping and display container for frying pans which is made from a single. contoured layer of varying thicknesses of dried wood fibres which has a first friction gripping pocket for the bowl and a second friction gripping pocket for gripping the handle following rupture of the second pocket, the frictional gripping forces being strong enough to hold the pans in the container when the container is inverted so two containers can be fitted together for shipping as a unit.
